I just scored an lt1 out of a wrecked 97 z28 Camaro. My question is how big of a cam can I run wile retaining the stock fuel injection

All I can say is:
1) look through the catalgs: Jegs, Summit, PAW, ect.
2) talk to the cam companys tech department and custom cam grinders.

If you change the cam to much you are going to need to have the computer reprogrammed. If it were me I would talk to some one who reprograms the computers for advise on cams. might want to try thirdgen.org that camaro site.

Another vote for thirdgen.org A lot of guys burn there own eproms and asy the equipment is only like $50.
