Well, finally got to playing with the welder today and started to fab up a set of rocker guards for Jon's (rrahl) Samurai. Didn't turn out too bad for a first attempt. We still have to get some plate to mount them to the frame, but they are for the most part done. Let me know what you think. ~Steve

not bad

looks pretty good so far.........i hear you guys had a little snow storm over there like 30 inches plus......tell me you took the zook out to play.....

:D :D :D :D :D ..... yes we did... or should i say, "i did". squirrelman83's doesn't have much in the way of protection but mine was fun in the snow, minus the on the roads part. :D

rocker guards

:rolleyes: hey they look good!! what would you charge to make another set????? or give me the measurements and ill try myself, only been welding for a minute so they may look like sh*t.. later jess:eek:

Pretty darn easy. 2x2x3/16 tubing, main guard is 42" long with ends notched at roughly 45*. Front mount is 11 1/2" long, rear is 10 1/2". We're going to throw some 4x4 plate on the frame mount ends before we weld 'em up.

Rabidray- Yeah, we got a little snow, but not much in the Springs. Most was in Denver. My brother had roughly 37" at his house about an hour west of me.
