I have a rear shackle flip with F150 leaves plus an overload spring and add a leaf. Are the overload and addaleaf hindering my flex? I just put on 31 inch shocks to a better mount. I still pull up my tire when the shocks have only about a 2 inch difference between the exposed rod length.

Try removing one or two of the leaves similar in length to the add a leaf, this will reduce spring rate with less effect on height. Also make sure you have a long thin add-a-leaf not a short thick one. my buddy has a later f-150 with BDS add-a-leaf and one or two leafs removed and it flexes awsome... I am truly jealous. It can't haul squat though probably sags as much as my moms ranger when I sit on the tailgate
