1. remove the drop down brackets.
2. Build or purchase a set of extended radius arms. Not absolutely needed, but nice.
3. Have the beams bent to set the alignment.
Drop brackets can work, as mentioned earlier with a drop pitman arm. I assume you plan to use this truck, as such the drop brackets put significant stress on the crossmembers and typically cause premature failures. Drop brackets can work, but a lot of engineering and fab is required.
the beams can be bent to compensate for camber and castor. Here is a link to my F100. Bent beams for both the short and long radius arms.
Here is a link to a newer f150 with drop brackets that I drive. A lot of plating and gusseting have been added as the truck had a different drop bracket lift in the past that caused significant cracking of the frame. The truck was never offroad with the first kit. Now it gets beaten like it owes me money.
