Hello all, Ive been lurking around for a very long time just never posted or bothered to ask questions because i was able to find what i needed normally. So in short i have a interesting project i will be starting once i finish gathering parts. Basically it is a wrecked rzr 900 that all the stock suspension and drivetrain will be tripped off of. Then I will be using a spare np 241dhd t-case and a dodge d60 front axle up front and do a 4 link setup. My question in short is due to the way the rzr drivetrain is setup where its easier to do towards the driver side. With that being said it would be much easier for me to use a axle offset like a front is. Ive looked into retubing, custom axles etc for a rear but it just isnt quite what I am needing. I dont really need rear steering but if i had the option i would use it. Ive also looked into just using a front 60 in the rear and ran accross high pinions from fords. Im just looking for advice on what would be the best type of setup. A regular 60, high pinion, reverse rotation gears etc. Tire size with this setup will be a 37ish"x16 rim firestone tractor tire. Again ive looked into this a fair amount but just unsure what would be the best front end for my application im seeking. Any help is appreciated. And just so it isnt completly worthless to read this entire post here is a few pics of a 350 foreman honda atv I semi 4linked the front of for fun. Yes it functions good, no it doesnt steer the best its a double straight axle honda, yes it turns the tires in thick mud, and they are 35s. And yes it needs alot of tlc just been something ive been tinkering with on the side.
