YES I have been using one for a couple years with probqably 20 trips into the Rubicon but make sure your pinion is pointing at the transfer case, or within a degree or so, to take full advantage of the CV
I'm running one on mine also. With the 7" Skyjacker springs, the driveline had some pretty bad vibrations. Had Jesse at High Angle Driveline put a shaft together for me with the CV in it and it eliminated all vibrations!!! Damn he is good!!!
I run a hybrid with rear Detroit & F&R 5.29's and never had a problem.
Sorry...the hybrid is my motor. 22R bottom end with ported & polished 20R head. I'm running around 150 hp. I was just saying that with all the stuff I have done to my engine and driveline, I have never had a problem.
