When I build the front hanger for the SAS will the waggys bolt up with no problem. Are they close to the stock toy length? Also what size tube for the rear hanger? Yes I did the search and found nothing on this! <IMG SRC="smilies/beer.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/thefinger.gif" border="0">

How wide are you going to build the hanger?? How far forward?? Tube for what???

I think he is talking about the tube for the frame through shackles.

This is how I plan to do mine. (the colors got crappywhen I exported it to a jpg.

As far as the rear shackle tube size, I just plan to take my bushing to a steel shop and get the right I.D. then cut my hole through the frame to the O.D. of the tube. Hope this helps

Those are good, now I don't have to draw my own. As for the tubing, isn't it 3/4" inside diamater? And what is the best way to cut the hole. What kinda lift am I looking at with this hanger and wags in front. I want to go 63 in rear with double shackle and I will have to go block right? in order to level it out. <IMG SRC="smilies/beer.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/beer.gif" border="0">
oh yeah, thats, why I am asking the <IMG SRC="smilies/question.gif" border="0"> about the mounting. I am going to run wags, so do I need to mount the hanger forward or back for them <IMG SRC="smilies/question.gif" border="0">

No, its closer to 1-1/8", but I'm not sure of the exact measurement. THe hole in the bushing is 18mm which is just under 3/4" though.
