I've been following your build for about a year. Really enjoyed it looking forward to seeing it complete. Working on something similar myself, flatbed JK pickup
cool man.. i really like driving this thing around

What did you do with the rest of the dump truck? Be cool to have the bed dump. Awesome build.

Alright i just pulled the truck in the shop and it wont leave till its done :D






had 2 big projects that got in the way ,i got mini excavator that needed engine and f350 that needed rebuild :laughing:

i used that to clear my lot



i have small window (2Mo.) to finish it while they put septic and foundation in the ground. i can start building my house

taking stuff apart
switched to small tires make it easier to work on it
have to make roll cage mounting feet
make inner fenders and rear fender flares and that should be it for fab work

ordered windshield adhesive and blank dash panel
i decided to go with stock panel instead making my own
i dont have the steel anyways and byy the time its done it would be more than 130$



idk why its upside down



i pulled seats out
will have to finish the cage mounts at the floor and i can seam seal the floor and paint it with raptor liner

picked up new paint gun from amazon
chinese SATA jet 5000 will see how it works
quality looks pretty good





Raptor Liner for the cab interior and inner fenders

custom shop supply newer style adjustable schutz gun with air regulator

Damn, you been busy. Like the new paint gun. DIY bedliner is awesome-sauce. Love that stuff. Yes paint prep sucks ass. Totally worth every minute spent in the end. You'll be looking at that paint for years to come, best make it correct haha. I see every imperfection in mine each time I look at it, but it is an off-road rig, not a piece of art. That's what I keep trying to remind myself.

i totally get it, after spending lot of time on prep, might as well make it perfect



i spent way more time than i should on the fenders LOL

i borrowed my buddy's sandblaster and blasted the fenders.
primed them and fixed the imperfections with short strand fiberglass bondo

inner fender will be done in Raptor liner and top and sides will be in body color

did another coat of paint stripper on the hood
and scraped most of it back to factory primer
from here ill use orbital sander to finish it.

few small dings to fix but nothing too crazy
