RCI and JAZZ both make different size cells.
16-20 gallon probably fit best. Remember to use a roll over valve. You can get cells with fittings on the bottom if your gonna cut open your floor. When you get your cell make sure if there is any foam filler...remove it cause it will eventually start to come apart. It happened to me!! <IMG SRC="smilies/crybaby2.gif" border="0">

I have a 16gal Fuel Cell in the back of my YJ. I bought it slightly used from Lopers Performance in AZ for $100.00. (not sure if that's a good deal of not...I thought so). It fits fine in the rear butted up agains the tailgate (1" seperation when its closed). the fuel supply hose is toward the front of the Jeep and I used a "J" fitting to run the line under the tub.

I have the foam in the tank and was completely unaware of any damages that it might cause. 1BDYJ, can you elaborate on the issues that you had?? I think there might be a few things that may have caused deterioration of the foam that is not normal.

The foam in my cells slowly deteriorated over about 1 year. I use to have to clean my fuel filter every time I took the truck out!!
Once I removed the foam I never had a problem again, I don't think that was supposed to happen and I really didn't notice any fuel slosh after removal.
