Not sure if there's a kit complete for this but it should be easy enough to get some highsteer arms, mill and drill ( i assume you have flattops?), I'd say use d60 tre's, get weld in's from Poison Spider for 1.5 .250 dom and make your own tie rod and draglink, Get a pittman arm from Sky reamed for the d60 tre's, put it all together. Piece of cake.

Do you have to move the steering box forward when you put a D44 or D60 with high steer and use the rear springs up front from a 93 P/U?

I'd search for this. I would think that any time you use rears up front you're gonna have to move the box.
