It is a direct replacment for the 5-297 and 5-297-1x. So anything that uses that joint can use the 5-760. Dana 44 in a 1/2 ton ford or a D44 in a jeep are the most common I can think of.What was the 5-760x application, ie what truck and year?

I have no idea if the OEM's are using this particular PN on there vehicles. Spicer is producing the Snaptight design in many diferent joints. What is being produced today that has a Dana 44 ?
