The answere to that, is somewhat personal. Assuming you know what GPS does, the answere is self-evident.
But, maybe not.
One thought, that may not be obvious, is if you camp in unfamiliar "wilderness" areas, then go for long hikes, having a GPS with you may be the thing that gets you back to camp.:smokin:
