Thorley Headers. they're the tri-y design and will give you a little more on the low end. they are Cali smog legal. I'm running those on both of my 4Runners. I also don't get the "tinny" sound you get with the LC header. just make sure you get the one with the O2 sensor port in it. they're also cheaper than the LC headers. HTH

I beleive they are more prone to rust though... I know there are no headers to the best of my knowledge that stand up like the LC headers over time.
