Ok, well at first i thought something was meesed up with the cable but that is all fine, But when the truck is hot i get hardly any heat. What is more likley, something stuck inside the heatercore or something blocking the flow through it? When i put it on high it comes out strong, so im guessing that there is nothing blocking the air flow.
How do i flush a core?

Don't know what model you have, but most have a solenoid valve to open/close flow....Might the wire be off this? Seems unlikely the core would be plugged, they usually leak first.

If you have a 4 cyl truck, the heater hoses connect to the heater core in the center of the firewall. Pull these hoses loose and flush through the heater core with a garden hose (we have an air-pressurized flush gun at the shop). Be careful, too much pressure can make the heater core leak.
