I never said there is anything wrong with a G52, just that they aren't worth much.

But since you asked.

Its my understanding that the G52 has a lower torque rating than a W56. Also, I don't like how the t-case lever is on top of the G52. Lastly, from what I've seen they aren't as sought after as a W56 hense their prices are lower.
