pedal comparison on the TIG

The C810-0814 TIG welding foot control provides a significant upgrade over the RFCS-RJ45 foot pedal that Miller offers for their Diversion 165 and 180 welders (as well as the Hobart EZ-TIG 165i). The SSC foot pedal provides a full-sized platform to rest your foot as you control the unit, unlike the undersized Miller model in which your heel will be on the ground, often leading to rocking or tipping and less control. The SSC model has a heavy-duty formed steel case with OEM-grade components, whereas the Miller RFCS-RJ45 has components more typical for lower-end retail applications. Replaces Miller’s RFCS-RJ45 (300432) and Hobart 245589 pedal. Includes a 14-foot cable with an 8-pin RJ45 connection, US-made 16-ga drawn steel case, million cycle rating, precision arc control with high-end potentiometers, wide top traction area, and low profile. Dimensions, L x W x H (in.): 8.8 x 5.5 x 4.1.
