I'd like to use high quality hose/ fittings for an auto cooler / filter. I've read Orme Brothers is good.....any suggestions?

I've never used them. FWIW, one of the 4wd rags had an article about using fittings from Orme Bros on an auto trans and they had high praises.

Auto Trans coolers are a perfect application for Aeroquip Socketless fittings and hose. i was able to put socketless fittings in the factory cooler lines by cutting them and inserting the fittings. you can get all kinds of adapters to join up with just about anything.
