We got a 1999 Jeep wrangler sport, And I wanted to know how big can we go?
It has a 4" sky jacker lift.
Axles are not a issue because me and my dad are putting D44's on it.
We got 32x12.50R15 MTR's and have more than enough clearance to the fender(7").

Tell me what you think!

44's are ok up to 37's IMHO but REAL big tires need something stronger.I run 37's on HP D60's with a 4in lift.

I want to know what the biggest tire I can fit on a 4" lift without cutting or spacers.

it depends specifically on your jeep and how much sag there is on the springs...I know there are people with 4 in lifts who put 35's on it, so you could probably fit 35's if you bumpstop correctly....I know I have a 4 inch pro comp lift with 33's right now and I know I could fit 35's

Ya, I got some 305/70R17 MTR's laying around I could put up to it and see what it will clear.

About that sag in the suspension, I do not know.
The jeep does look lower than most 4" lifted jeeps but it might look like that from the small tires.
The suspension is only 3 years old if that could effect the sag.

And would shocks make a difference in height? I got Hydro shocks but they seem way too soft. I can get on one side of the jeep and jump up and down and just about bottom out the thing.

Tell me what you think.

Okay, Well my 32x12.50 are going to be out of tread in 2 or so months and then I'll by some 33x12.50R15 MTR's.

I don't want to give my back a job everytime I get in the jeep so I'll go 33-34" tires.

Thanks for the help, Because in case you did'nt notice I'm kinda of a newb to the wrangler part of the jeep.

Okay, I have closed the deal. I have gone back and forth many times but here it is.

35x12.50R15 MTR's. They cleay great and make my jeep look killer. They also raised me jeep 2" so I got much more clearence.

AWSOME!
Thanks.
