I just searched and read through most of the threads about running toyota rears up front, what to mix in with the pack, etc.. And I only saw one or two posts (out of hundreds) that mentioned the front driveshaft will need work.

Will the driveshaft always need to be lengthened if the rears are moved up front? Or only in certain circumstances?

Its pretty much understood that if your lifting a toyota the front shaft will need work, they just don't have enough slip to work with suspension travel and lift.

When I got my truck it already had the stiff 4" rancho lift on it, think there's a chance my shaft already got some action? Or would I run into problems if I put rears up front?
