I welded a small tab a little to the lft of the shock tower in that picture and put a hole in the tab and then ran some small springs from the tab to the brake line. I think I stole the idea from crawltoy

Welded the stockline holders down lower on the frame and use a spring to keep the lines off the shocks.

I also welded the stock tab down further on the frame, then used some 22" long braided lines, and zip tied them to the shock body.

Thanks guys, I'm was thinking the same thing; mounting a tab for the hardline, then run the steel braided line along the shock. One question I did have; I have seen a brake line runner for the shock on some trucks, Its like a zip tie that goes around the shock but has a loop (gromet) type hole that the brake line runs through unrestricted. Anybody heard of these, or know who carries them? Are they not worth the price?

If it is a "zip tie style" thing that you are talking about, electrical stores should carry these types of items. I know that they make a zip tie w/ a hole in it. It is designed so that the zip tie can be screwed to a wall, but I guess you can run a brake line through the hole if you find big ones.
