First ever ring pinion install. If you can tell me how my pattern looks and any advice will be great. It's for a 10 bolt, 8.6, 5 cut motive gears

I'd run that. You'll have problems with the shit carrier or shafts first.

The g80 is also replaced with an eaton truetrac. The shafts are going to get replaced as soon as I can get more dough and fix this backlash, pinion depth headache first

I pulled .005 and this is what it looks like now. I think it's a little too high to the top of the tooth now. This is all new to me so i could be wrong

Backlash is at .008 and gear ratio is 4.30

After 537 miles. Just want to thank all you guys that replied. I took all your comments into consideration. The only thing i screwed up on so far was not putting silicone on the pinion spilnes. I never knew you had to do that so i have a small leak.
