I'm starting to gather up parts for my SAS this winter and want to know about how much lift I can expect with what springs. I'm planning on running 44044's or the wrangler springs, so about how much lift do you guys get with that setup? I have 4 inches of lift right now and want to stay around 4" or 5".

There are too many factors to this, too vague of a question..
You have how much drop in the front spring perch's, where the shackle mount it, how much shackle you have, how much weight you have over the nose.....
My best advive is just jig it up under the rig and see how it looks...

I agree with crash, I just finished my SAS last week and I had about 7 inches of lift before I started and it's a almost six inches taller than that. Mock it up and make your decision based on what tire size you plan on running and how high you're comfortable with going, compared to the flex that you're going to have. My truck is tall, but very flexible, so it's not that bad to drive. You can always redrill the holes in your spring hangers and shorten your shackles if you want less lift. I used 2" wrangler rear springs in the front and 63" chevy's in the rear

Loaded Depends on the spring and shackle mounts. I would think 4-5 inches. More then enought to clear 35's but not to high to make it unstable.

If you're too lazy to do a little research beforehand, then why should we always have to answer?

I thought MSG was a salt substitute used in Chinese food. This is a Bulletin Board.

If you don't understand variables, this should confuse you. Stock rear toys that are almost flat with stock toy shackles getting probably almost 8". IOW, you can get what you want if you know what you want. Your shackle hanger and spring hanger placement will totally change what you get as well as affecting other things, ie. caster and pinion angle.
