I need a referance point.

The 3.5" NWORs I had before the chevy swap where sagged. Now I measure 24" from the center of the axle to the wheel well. I'm hoping for 4-5". This is on an 85Runner with the 63"ers and 2" blocks.

i believe on ifs trucks, fender lip to rim edge was about 14.5 or 14 inches stock. a 15 inch rim is radius of 7.5, so stock ifs would be about21-22 inches stock according to this.

oh yah, this is for the fronts. my fronts are 29-30 inches from axle center to fender lip, so i have about 7 or 8 inches of lift i guess. should i have more?? less?? i dont care, i love the way my truck wheels, and lift=clearance under the belly, lift also=center of grav. higher. find your happy medium, myself, i wouldnt wish to be any lower......brad <IMG SRC="smilies/beer.gif" border="0">

Okay so 3-3.5"?

It should be interesting to see how the 35 MTRs fit with that little lift. I'll find out on Saturday.

It is definatly to high for the 31's it has now, so I'll have to see. The 31s are 9" from fender so a 35 would be 2" or so higher, leaving me with 7". (Is my math right?) I really don't want to go higher, but can't get to crazy with the sawzall either.

Okay I'll shut up and just go buy the tires.
