Make sure you are explicit with them when getting your PCM (if you are getting one). I told them manual trans and my comp is throwing Auto transmission codes

Adam,
I didn't say that the fix wasn't simple, I was just saying to be specific when you call so you don't have to send it back.

Another hard lesson is to take a measurement from the distributor to the ECM location. The "standard" harness for mine was ~6" too short:(

I haven't dealt with them since '96 but my computer went back 3 times before I got a program that wasn't overly rich.
This company has always provided good customer service and product support to me. I would recomend them, and use them again, without question. They will be able to make you exactly what you want, so the more info you can share with them as to what you are doing, the less likely you are to have an issue.

Good luck!

I've used several painless wiring kits that worked out pretty well and I just recently used a Howell kit. I will never use a Painless again. Excellent wiring kit and great customer service.

Ditto Howell's customer service! Troy is very knowledgeable and anxious to help you select the right product. I picked up a kit including harness/chip to put the tbi on my 2F (Cruiser) motor. Everything about the kit was spot on, except the jeep references in the install manual :flipoff2:
