Last saturday I finally took care of the KDP on my 96 cummins. It was out about 3/16". I used the jig fix.

I can now relax when I drive.:D

Do it now before it's too late.

i replaced my timing cover 3 weeks ago because i put it off. only had to pull the bumper, condenser, radiator, fan, injection pump, vacume pump, oil pump, lift pump, all the rocker arms and push rods, and the cam. do the kdp fix or do what i had to. i did the kdp fix on 3 of my buddies rigs in the past couple of weeks, i just wished i did mine before it droped.

His jig is angled so you can pound the pin back in without removing the cover.
