Well, Im done with my atlas install...Almost. Last night all i needed to do was install my drive shafts and I could drive it. As it turns out the rear flage on my atlas is a non cv (1310) style instead of the cv style that I require. I ran out to my local 4x4 shop and got the cv style for the atlas, but the seal behind the flage is too big. After looking at the 2 flanges side by side, it appears as if the non cv flange has a larger exterior dia. than the cv flange. I guess I need a larger cv style flange or a larger seal. The Seal that is in the unit right now has a number SR 21164. Anybody have this problem before?

Are you sure it is a 1310? The 1310 takes the smaller seal and the 1350/1410 takes the bigger seal. Maybe you took out a 1350 yoke and thought it was a 1310? I don't know the exact numbers, but the 1310 OD is about 1-7/8" and the 1350/1410 OD is about 2-1/8"

For whatever reason the non-CV 1310 yokes use the 2 1/8 seal and the CV yoke uses the 1 7/8 seal. I know we have the part # for the seal you need at the shop, I'll try to remember to get it for you monday.
