ok my front 4" lift springs are shot, one of them has a big kink in it. i plan on taking the fenders and front clip off and dont want much in the way of lift, but want more than what the stock springs had. is there any particular vehicle that has springs that are suitable (close to the same length) for doin this? seems like they were like 42 or 44 inches. im off to the junkyard later with a tape measure but thought yall might have some ideas.

too cheap to buy some new shit:flipoff2:

I don't think the F150s would support the weight in front. They are also 25" to the pin (stock front is 21-22 IIRC) which would move the axle toward the firewall or the front mount forward (not improving approach angles).

Use F150 rear springs. That will give you a better approach angle.

IIRC, he is running F350 rears up front with leafs pulled out and 63" Chevy springs in-boarded (under the rails) in the rear...
