Toyota IFS hubs on solid axle

I heard this was a good way to get the wider axle width necessary to run 36" tires on the front of my toyota. But I can't seem to find any info on it. Little help?

This site is amazing. I had to go back twice to understand all the information in that FAQ. My wallet will be showing its appreciation. And thanks for the heads-up on reading the FAQs: that is arguably the best advice I've gotten all year. For everyone who's done this conversion with no spacer, I would appreciate testimonials/horror stories. Thanks. :)

I did the sky kit and it worked out well, and if it was my daily driver it would, IMO, be the best way to go. But since my truck is mostly a trailer queen, good old wheel spacers would have saved me some coin.

And you're right on about the FAQ's, there have been several folks here that have put an amazing amount of time and effort into that project.
