Ok crazy question time. I am i. The process of building a 1969 GMC K4500, I would like to do is Keep the NP541GL for the gear spacing and deeeep 1st and was planning on doing a divorced 205 but seeing this makes me think possibly a married 205 with one of your adapters replacing the tail shaft. Is it possible?

Do you know what output spline count your NP541GL has? I assume it's large. Chances are it is not going to cost effective to do a mated transfer case with this setup.

I'm hoping to fire up this old thread...

I'm in the process of accumulating parts for my 1970 K20 suburban driveline build. (4l80e/203/205)

I have already built my 205 with all new HD 32 spline shafts and twin sticked! My 203 is done with new shafts too, I'm using Jeds Machine doubler adapter. My issue at this point is mating my 32 spline 203 to the 4l80e (which I'm grabbing this weekend)

Do you/can you make and adapter to mate a 203 that originally sat behind a th400 to a 4L80e? If so how much will it cost me?

Has anyone had any luck getting ahold of trail tech fab lately? I have been trying all week. Mike makes great products and I would like to buy another adapter from him
