as far as i know all the 60f were the same width as long as they were for single wheel setup. you might want to get a hold of sam at sam's offroad about your 6 lug conversion.
he runs 60's front and rear 5 lug in his cj7 that he set up. good luck! <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0">
Yeah, what you're looking for doesn't exist in stock form. All front d60's that I am aware of are 8-lug. A Chevy d60 front is going to be at least 67" wide. Probably closer to 69". Most rear Chevy axles were 14-bolts. (In the 1-ton range.) I can tell you one thing, though. To convert 8-lug stuff to six-lug you'd be better of just getting new wheels.
Chevy front D60s are 69" wide. Cut the long side down 4.5" or so and you won't have to outboard your spring hangers. This should get you in the ball park of 64"ish. For a rear D60 near 65", you have to look for 70s Ford trucks (or Dodges).
If you want 1 ton, just go 8 lug. For the rear, how about a 14bolt? I've read the 14's in a cab & chasis dually are about 62" wide. If you search the Jeep & General 4x4 forums, you will probably find all your answers.
