Lets get everyone to post up a picture of your Mogs, G-Wagens or even hybrids running Mog parts. Hell if you've got a Volvo, Pinzgauer, or other similar vehicle in your driveway post a picture of that too.

Nice truck!

You have to be an Extreme (paying) Member to be able to attach pictures. See the "Support P4x4" thread at the top of the forum.
I am in the process of swapping some 404 steering axles into my chev. I hope to be all done before E.J.S. 2004.:flipoff2:

The MOG axle project so far!

Actually I also have the rear axle now. Have designed the coil spring/lower link mounts for front and rear axles and sent to the shop to be cut. This is going under a F-150 frame (shortened to 112" Wbase) with axle moved forward and engine back to accomodate the long pinion. I will determine lift needed to clear once the spring/link mounts are ready and the engine/tranny and t'fer are back in. I am trying to do this without shortening the axles or relocating the pumpkin but will if necessary.

Plans:

1. full Hydro steering;
2. air piston operated lockers;
3. Double beadlocks and IROK 39.5" tires
4.

I have taken some pictures, just havent developed them. I will get them up sometime this week.
I am running a 6.2 diesel with a 700r4, ORD 203-205(Ford), with 2 stock Unimog Frontends. I have a trans temp gauge sensor that I will have to move but Everything should barely clear. I may have to clearance My Oil pan.
I dont plan on having a ton of travel maybe 11-12 inches at the most so the clearance issue "shouldnt" be as bad as some.
Ok, mine is still under major construction.

This picture kind of shows you clearance, but I dont have the driveshaft in the picture.
I'm sceep. :flipoff2:

Always loved mogs and their performance simply amazes me. If i didnt commute 70 miles a day I'd have one for a DD.

Currently starting a 4 seater buggy project with 406 portals and 1400r20's.

Well mine is in process, but oh well I will update it when finished.

Specs:
Chevy 4.3L V6...(That is until I finish the all aluminum V8 this summer)
700R4 with maunal full reverse VB
NP241 with SYE
MOG Steer Axles Narrowed 7" w/8 lug hubs
Hood and grill off a Toyota Land Cruiser 55 series (For those that don't know)

Cruiserrg Checking in (Reuben Gosewisch in RL)

I got into MOG parts, because I broke everything on my last rig (Land Cruiser) and wanted a set of axles that were tough and have a lot of clearance. The other main reason is I wanted rear steering and to build a D60 Rear Steer to hold up is more spendy than a MOG axle and don't have the clearance like a MOG.

For pics of my rig being build check my website or various threads in here. ;)

It will be 100% fabbed in my shop. Bending should begin either around febuary or when i sell my jeep. Wichever comes first.

Dooing another shouldn't be a problem, but as for how much. WE'll have to wait and see what it takes. This will be my first full blown buggy project and i am ANTSY to get going on it.
