I second that. Jay has always done a fine job covering not only the Toyotas, but his area as well.

Jack, what are the specs. on your current rig/setup. I'm about to put some 38 SXs on my stock '85 4Runner axles. I plan to upgrade the axle some day, but who knows when... I'm currently running 35x15.50 SX's on 4" Wrangler Springs, 2" dropped front spring hanger, 1.5" longer front shackles, re-drilled perches, 5" rear skyjacker springs with 1.5" longer rear shackles and a 2.5" body lift.

I want to remove the body lift (or some more of it), but then I'd have to relocate the fuel tank. I raised it 2.5" and then cut down my body lift. I've got hoses and wire carefully route to avoid sheetmetal, but the tank still rubs all the banging around.

I assume, I'll need to do some cutting on the tub and/or move my shackle to the front of the truck. We'll see...

Lance Morin , I like your personal pic. I wheel with Jeeps alot though but i like yotas better. I wonder what they would think if I had a sticker like that on my truck.

Lance Morin, here are the specs. It's an 85. 5" skycrapper fronts w/ 1.5" longer shackles, drilled front pearches, rear 5" AOR orbit eyes w/ 2"? longer shackles, tubbed firewall back about 4-5" from stock, wheel wells trimmed about 4-5" as well, and 38's on 2" backspaced beadlocks. Little to no rubbage. It's got all the rest of the standard Toy mods too. I figured you wanted the suspension specs for tire fitment purposes. Hope this helps. Oh ya.........still running birfs. The truck is not pampered either.:D
