I feel silly asking but I have a 2007 JK 2 door Frame and nothing on it. Can anyone tell me where the center line of the axle is (front & rear) relative to the frame (i.e. If I hung a plum bob from the frame to the axle center, where exactly would the string be)? I assume it's about at the bump stop but all the diagrams/images make it look a little offset. Photos, measurements, anything would be helpful.

I swear I've tried searching but I've not found exactly what I'm looking for.

I have no numbers. But yes the bumpstops "should" be a bit offset from axle center. Wheelbase changes as suspension compresses pushing the axle backward/forward...

I seem to remember him being about 5" inwards
