Sure, why not, there are a bunch of body to frame swaps. Check out the last JP mag (Yellow flattie on the cover). A Flattie on a Burban or K5 powertrain if not mistaken. If you can make a flatty work, the TJ woudl be easier.
There are some posts with good swaps and some hacks around, but the TJ body should go in with some work.
