I took my truck down to the bottoms to help pull out a chebby and I got pretty muddy. Or well covered
Now when i hit my brakes relatively hard the damn truck vibrates like mad and I also get a clanking noise which seems to come from the front too. This is with my IFS... Anyone know whats wrong?

Wash it off (especially underneath) and then see what happens. Mud plays all sorts of funny tricks

Clean it up real good. My swampers feel way outta balance untill I get to the car wash or hit the highway and let it all fly off Shouldn't be anything mayjor, just dry caked on mud. I am gonna try and stay away from the thick stuff.

If he was poachin leave his a$$ there. There is no excuse to hunt out of season. Let the truck sink to the bottom of whatever hole he found.

I lost most of my bell housing bolts after a mudding trip....the trucks tires were so out of balance from mud that by the time i got it where I could wash it off I could barely get it into gear cause the tranny was almost an inch away from the engine...I went to toyota ordered some new bolts and locktite ..never had that problem again.
