just my NP205 crawl box
it has np208 planetary .
np205 was separated 32 spline and the auto is th400.
i cant turn the planetary off so my low is 5.1 and fast is 2.6.
but no need for speed...........

Lenght of the box is 224mm it`s in your measure 8,8 inch.
it was pretty simpele. just took np208 planetary part, machined the old splines off from the input gear and took th400 joke and cut and weld.... and i had input gear for th400..........(it`s the part in the pictures)
np205 side was easy too. jus took old joke and cutted ears off and welded it to planetary part (sorry no pic).
and the outside box is just measured around the pieces..........

This makes me feel better. I've been working on building something similar out of NV-241 planetaries for a while now. Glad I'm not the only one this crazy.
