I'm converting from 6 to a 5 lug,I've gota 3/4 ton ford front axle that i was going to use the knuckles off of to convert to 5 lug,but some one told me that wont work because the spindle would be to big for the 5 lug conversion.they said I would probably have to use half ton knuckles.Is this true?

Its a chevy 44,but my only question is if it is a big bearing 44,will that make a diference?
