This is the factory Rover bumper with the "wings" that wrap around the headlights. I bought it for my mothers Rover and didn't realizer it was for a Series I, and she has a II. So my loss is your gain. It has one small ding near its bottom mounting point, and is in great shape otherwise. Asking $250 obo
