There are several ways to do it. Either use a spring relocation kit on the front, buy new front spring packs, or drop the rear by changing and/or removing the blocks. These should level it out.

Shackle reversal kit will work with any 4 wheel drive superduty! The only difference between F250 and 350 is the spring packs but the eye to eye distance will be exactly the same. Go with the shackle reversal, it will drastically improve the ride, and give you approxiametely 3-4" of lift in the front, then you could use an add-a-leaf in the back to level it completely!
