It's a seriously upgraded steering arm attached to a front knuckle housing.

It's just a faked mockup, welede and bondo-ed to look like what the actual ones will be.
The actual ones will be cast 6-hole knuckles.

Marlin noted at Rubithon that the knuckle will have two sets of mounting ears for the caliper so it will fit either side.
