I'm trying to find information on what cross members have to be removed and replaced for a three link suspension with coilovers if anyone could point me in the right direction or even better have any pictures that would be freaking awesome. Thanks in advance.

It depends. Lot's of ways to do a 3 link, lots of places to position an axle, and varying lift heights. You might be better off to mock up the links (use PVC pipe to make life easy) and the axle. The either raise the axle, or lower the truck. See what hits. I wouldn't cut anything that isn't absolutely necessary.
