I saw a bag, more like a sack leaning up against a tree on Miller Lake road...not far from the Rubicon Exit on Saturday the 14th. I don't remember if it was blue or not, since it was dark. If you didn't exit Friday, then it's not yours...but if you did..it's potentially yours.
