It is time to build one, as a spare for the calrocs event, but I can't afford a new one right nw from Jesse. I know I can get the parts from Jesse, but I am wondering what parts are needed for it

Uh... how about some receiver tubing and some 2" tubing to slide into it?

Receiver tubing is 2.5" square, 1/4" wall, seamless on the inside. Most trailer supply places carry it as well as some steel supply places. I think I paid around $8/ft.

2x2x.25" tubing to slide into it.

Weld it to some yokes, grease it up and you're set. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I just went and bought tubing for mine today. I used Alan Steel in redwood city (not sure how far from san francisco you really are). The "female" part was $11/foot and the "male" part was a little less. I got 3' of male and 2' of female for $44 with tax. A little expensive I thought but its the only place local I know of.

I'd go to the junk yard and grab a shaft or shafts needed to cobble together a spare... save the reciever tube for something else...like a hitch maybe. : )

Trick becomes the lenth of all the shafts. I have moved the front axle 2forward and the rear 3 backwards then dual cased through marlin. The other companies have different lengths of adapters. What wheelbase did it comewith first?
Has anyone put a CV on one. I have a 14mm old driveshaft and was gonna square the front and rear with what parts I have.
Sounds like I could have jessy retube for close to the same price.
