The way it is now, KYMC will have a 2 seat Octane chassis to raffle. I'll let Shoope give the details, because I am not sure what the club will sell the tickets for. I hope this event is bigger than the grand opening.

For those who haven't been here in awhile. We have some great new trails. We have upper and lower Damnation with an easy out in the middle. There is an unnamed dirt hill climb from the lower rock garden up to the middle of the Damnation trails. There is a slick rock climb called Pony Hill which is near the above mention trails. We also have Crawfords Cry which is an awesome slick rock creek bed trail that is like Railbed (waterfall) only steeper and longer. There is plans for some different lines in the Middle Rock garden. The upper Rock Garden has had a large rock fall into it and has made it even more interesting and the tight pinch rocks in it is now known as the can opener due to all the carnage there. All of the old trails have developed nicely with all of the use on them since we opened.
Everyone make plans for this event, it will be better than the Grand Opening.

Ken, I think that unnamed hill climb should be named after jim for going down it in the bulldozer.

Shoope, keep me posted as to other things happening, chassis, vendors, Donations, that sort of thing.

If you have not been to harlan you dont know what your missing. this will be the premeir wheeling area that just so happens to be free. The new and old trails are awsome. What better weekend to try it out than when you can win free stuff. Come to memorial in Harlan

Shoope, can I get a 40'er trailer in there? I remember at the grand opening there was a tight switch back but didn't you guys dozer in a new entrance @ Baileys Creek? I'll have the Bronco ready for that weekend, blew the tranny out last weekend playing in the snow w/ my girls. I'm going to come in early and leave late that weekend unlike my past trips down. Looking at trading in rigs and trailer for a new setup to haul the buggy and the Bronco together although I think the buggy will be awhile til its done. As always I will make sure KYMC gets a sizable donation for the raffle. When you get a chance call me sometime Shoope. Thanks Shawn

I hope we are smart enough to be able to have it in the Verda Field. That way we can set up a vendors row and all camp there. By then the turn at the guard shack will be fixed where you can turn easier. However I am not sure if you can turn a 40' trailer there.
