Mini CV on Cruiser

Hey everyone. I checked the archives, but I didn't really find solid info. With my SOA, OME springs, and long shackles the rear u-joints are binding at slight droop. I guess I'll have to go CV and rotate the pinion up. Do minitruck CVs match any LC bolt pattern at either the t-case or pinion? Is the splining the same, if so it would be possible to use the cv top and then the LC lower part so at least the pinion flanges match. I assume getting a used truck CV and having the length altered is the cheapest option here. Any other ideas? Thanks.

I never thought of using an FJ60 driveshaft. Duh. It would probably fit perfectly. I checked Woody's site and I didn't see anything about driveshafts. That site is always the first place I look when I come up with some sort of need or idea. Since you have both the mini and FJ60 driveline, could you tell me which has the longest splines (more travel)? The only problem is that my friendly local toyota recyclers charge twice as much for LC parts. Mini birf=$45, FJ60 birf (same exact thing)=$75.
Cool, thanks everybody. I will get a mini-truck CV this week and see how it all turns out.
