I started this build a 1 1/2 years ago and been working on it as the money comes in.

I bought the ORD leaf spring perches and I am using 6" springs in the front with F250 superduty rear spring

I narrowed the front 12" through a little trial and error it turned out decent. My Dad got me the CAT lights, they are 12v floods and fit nicely.

Then I started on the dual hydraulic ram

Which brings us to where I am now.

I have alot of body work to do to make this thing look straight but it is a good start.

I narrowed the bed 14" then bobbed it

I will be starting the boatsides this weekend then after some bodywork I plan to two tone it using Durabak liner.

The truck looks damn good and the fabrication looks top notch. I think this body style looks real good with big tires and little lift.

Looks like a nice clean truck.

With all that body work, are you actually going to wheel it?

Yeah I think the ORU kit is about 3" plus the 6" lift that sounds about right. I used stock f250 superduty springs in the rear and mounted my shackles on 4" square tubing to get it all level. BTW those superduty springs are long and very flexy!:D
Good luck on your build!

If u get a chance can we get a pic of
the 4" square tubing you were talking about using as a shackle.

Edit: nevermind I forgot you bobbed the truck. I see what ya did
now. Carry on.

Cool build! Where are ya gonna wheel it at? I'm located in Yukon, so I'm pretty close to ya. I'm building a solid axle 94, but I'm just using the 94 body on an older frame.

Here is my attempt at a center console. I made it out of mdf and used herculiner to cover it. The trick was covering the hole in the floor board and still be able to use the power seats, That's right, my crawler has power heated seats. Truth is my dd has them and they are comfy so when I found 2 for $150 i jumped. They are from a 2002 Chevy silverado. I also had to make some access panels to lube the 203 box and another to adjust the cable shifters I picked up from NorthWest Fab.
