im sure there are many posts on this subject but idk i have a special case or what, but i have been tying to get my brakes to work properly for a year and i cant get it figured out.

my setup

i have a corp. 10 bolt 1/2 ton with factory brakes in the front
12 bolt rear with Cadillac calipers and rotors in the rear
a disc/disc proportioning valve (gm style)
a corvette style master cylinder( ive tried both 1" and 1 1/8" bore)
an 8" dual diaphragm booster
a pedal ratio of 4:1
3/16 brake lines all around
i have no leaks or air pockets in the system
the master was bench bled
the booster to master push rod gap is .020"
every component of the system is brand new

this is all in a 67 wagoneer on 35" tires, the approx. weight is 4650lbs. when i hit the brakes it does slow down but i would not consider it safe and definitely not what i would expect from a 4 wheel disk brake setup. i have been researching this for months and have tried may different solutions i have found in that research and its better that when i started but not what it should be.

if someone could help me out i would appreciate it
