Just picked it up yesterday from the shop I use. Frame is brand new bought off the internet. Shimano XTR Cog set, derailleur, shifter/brake combo, Slug's wheelset and crankset, Marzocchi Marathon Fork, Panaracer Tires, etc......Need to get some riding time in before Sea Otter Classic

I'm doing the " Beginner Master Clydesdale" Division. This will be my 1st mountain bike race. I've been a runner since high school and recently won the Clydesdale division last week in S.F. for the 12K Race across the Bridge. I'm fit running wise, not sure about in the saddle, though.

I can't believe a clydesdale is sitting on a flight sl saddle. . :flipoff2: Your bike looks sweet. Nice build-up. Keep us posted on how it rides. I'm paticularly interested in how that fork works out. Good times

My Shorts have lots of padding but, I might have to switch it if I do any long rides to avoid getting a "baboon butt"!
