Well this truck is getting built on a real tite buget. The rear suspension is kind of ******* but a guy in arks. has been running the hell out of this set up for all most a year and a half. And no brakes at all. This is a trail hitch suspension or a real 3 link.
Here's one of the belly of the truck. The factory cross member set's 2 inch's lower then the hitch. The hitch is like 30inches for the ground. But I have to lift the truck another 3 inch's to clear the the front set up. pic.
One good thing about this set up is i get to point the the axle at the t-case some. Better drive line angle. The tubes weld straight to the axle tubes.
Well if i can find some gas for the torch tomorrow. I well be putting the coil bracket on and the pan hard bar to. Booger Weldz this was my first cage to build well i help toymoto build some of his.You should have see us play on the cage while it was on the ground looked like it was a jungle gym. Here a picture of Toymoto truck he got to drive it today. And all most got puled over by a cop leaving the gas staion. At dark and no lights just a truck with its haz. on. i for got he had no brakes to.
Go to the general4x4 form. And their a couple thing posted about it. i'm going to put some of my pics. there. I think its called trailerhitch suspension.
