Did a PS conversion on my 75 LC, have the Minitruck box, and the GM pump. Is there some place that makes a ready-made hose, since mine just died?

I run the same Mini/GM pump setup on my '74 F motor and just had my hose made up at the local autoparts store, same fitting on both ends. I used 90* fittings because it kept the hose out of the way. IIRC...about $22.

I'm running a Toyota ps pump to a Saginaw steering box.
Had the hoses made at a local shop that repairs heavy equipment hydr.
I just had to bring in the end fittings and told'em what length.

If you have an IBT, they'll make hoses also. I just took the box & pump to make sure the fittings worked.

thanks for the ideas, but there's just no way i am going to pull out my box and pump... that's insanity, just for the hose.

Like I said above. The stock, off the shelf FJ 60 PS hose fits just fine. Correct fittings and all.

dd113,

You mean the stock fj60 hose fits even though i have a GENERAL MOTORS pump running my toyota minitruck box?

btw, does it matter what year FJ60 hose i order?

*edit.

nevermind, i went to JTO and got the $60 replacement hose.
thanks all...
